November 9-11, 2018
Texas Motor Speedway
It will be BIGGER, BETTER, and more XCITING than ever!
SAVE THE DATE! NOVEMBER 9-11, 2018
WE’RE BACK AT THE TRACK NOVEMBER 9-11, 2018 FOR CTX2!
If you missed CTX in 2015, this year you will have an opportunity to redeem yourself. 2015’s event was the largest event in our 100+ year history, and for all Scouts and Scouters alike, it didn’t disappoint. The council took over Texas Motor Speedway from November 13-15, 2015. Scouts had the opportunity to participate in over 50 program activities including climbing walls, archery, and bubble ball. The Mikanakawa Lodge of the Order of Arrow had a spectacular Indian village set up complete with full regalia, hot air balloons, dancing, tee pees, and beadwork. Medieval Times was even present for midday entertainment (in the form of jousting!) at the dirt track. THIS YEAR WILL BE BIGGER AND BETTER!
Scouting is an experience of a lifetime and will be on display, once again, at the 2018 Circle Ten Xperience. http://circleten.org/CTX2
What is CTX?
Circle Ten Xperience, located at Texas Motor Speedway on November 9-11, 2018, will be a gathering of Scouts and families with a projected attendance of over 12,000 people. It will be a weekend jam-packed with activities for Scouts of all ages.
The event will begin Friday evening with groups of Scouts and their families arriving to set up camp. Program activities like archery, obstacle courses, and blacksmithing for example, will run from 9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. on Saturday ending with an arena show that begins at 7:00 p.m. inside the Texas Motor Speedway race track. The Arena Show will consist of a “Legends Car” race, band, video productions on the “Big Hoss” TV, and a fireworks show.
