$70 per scout
This event is for all boys entering 1st through 5th grades in fall 2017. If your boy is not a registered cub scout yet, no worries, we will have applications available at the event and work to ensure that we place him in the correct local unit! Please register online before June 12, 2017, or at the door the first day of camp.

All participants (youth and adult) must have a current BSA Health and Medical Record with parts A & B completed along with:
– Current, complete vaccination record (Section B, or attach copy from doctor)
– Copy of front and back of insurance card (if you have insurance)
– Original copy of form – no copies
Bug Hunter Need-to-Know
Clothing (Participants may get wet during some activities.)
Shirt: Wear the provided camp T-shirt every day. One shirt provided with registration. Participants cannot attend camp without this shirt.
Shoes: Standard lace up athletic shoes are preferred. Do not wear loose fitting shoes like flip flops or clogs (Crocs).
Hat: Bring a hat. A lot of activities will be outdoors.
Pants/Shorts: Wear comfortable, weather-appropriate attire.
Sunscreen and Bug Spray
Sunscreen and bug spray are at each family’s discretion. Please apply before drop-off as we cannot apply these items to the youth at camp.
All participants must bring a water bottle labeled with the participant’s name.
No meals will be served. Please pack a sack dinner that the scout can enjoy during a dinner rotation in the evening.
All medications must be in the original container, have the camper’s name and dosage instructions, and will be turned in to the camp health officer upon check in. Medications to treat acute conditions, such as asthma inhalers or EpiPen, can be kept with the camper only with the health officer’s knowledge.
5 Gallon Bucket
Each cub scout needs to come with a 5 gallon bucket with lid. This bucket is used to carry food, water and crafts to and from the camp each day.
Please drop-off your cub scout(s) by 4:50 p.m. Your unit may require an earlier drop-off on the first day of camp if registration is not complete. Please check with your unit leaders. Camp starts promptly at 5 p.m. Pick-up is at 9 p.m.
Sign In/Sign Out
Parents must sign the cub scout(s) in at the sign in station upon arrival. Parents must sign out their boys from their camp den leader at 9 p.m. If someone other than the parent is to pick up a child, the parent must make the camp director and/or camp den leader aware in advance.
